We have been working with our loyal repeat clients who have taken on a self-build restoration project in a conservation area in Ramsgate.

The building had previously been turned into two flats, but the previous builder hadn’t taking into consideration the materials and the finer details that are important when working on listed buildings. We have worked meticulously side by side with out clients to implement their vision on this building whilst bringing it back to it’s former glory by using sympathetic materials and restoring large elements of the existing materials already installed. The final project will continue to have a pair of luxurious flats with a stylish modern take on heritage properties in the 21st century.
